Inditex respects any third party's creativity and takes all claims concerning third party intellectual property rights very seriously.
其實，Tuesday Bassen只是眾多受害者之一而已，網路上更有Shop Art Theft的網站，全都是獨立藝術家被ZARA瓢竊作品的大匯集，細細一數就有超過50款作品以上。而這個在獨立藝術家身上發生的問題，其實精品大廠也以困擾許久，因為精品半年一季才有作品推出，但像是ZARA這種複製速度超快的成衣集團，能在秀後馬上推出類似的設計，深黯「參考」之道。

Tuesday Bassen忍無可忍後，近日在推特、instagram上公開發聲，他指出過去一年ZARA剽竊許多他的作品，但他對此事一直「十分安靜」，不過ZARA對此的回應讓他決定發聲。他表示經過溝通後，ZARA對此的回應為「Tuesday Bassen是一個獨立藝術家，而ZARA是一家大公司，看到這些「缺乏識別性」的設計，並不會有人直接聯想到『Tuesday Bassen』」！
國外獨立插畫家Tuesday Bassen近日在推特上表示，西班牙快時尚品牌ZARA公然剽竊他的作品，使用其創作的插畫藝術作為服裝設計的一部份。在他PO出的對照圖可以很明顯地發現，插畫的雷同度相當高，不過ZARA並沒有付出版權費用，而是直接使用，且經過法律交涉後仍然鬥不過ZARA這種跨國成衣集團。

Tuesday Bassen將ZARA的回覆截圖Po上推特後，引起網友強烈反彈。網友紛紛表示，ZARA的回應不合邏輯，「著作權法」並非這樣操作，也有人表示ZARA只想嚇唬人；不過也有網友指出一個極大盲點，提及「ZARA能夠老神在在，是因為他們知道人類很健忘，縱使現在高喊抵制，幾個月後風波過去，民眾又會回到店內消費。」
